Linda is a 33 year Veteran Realtor leading 3 decades of Real Estate transactions (1979) and several awards of Distinction in the Top 1% of Sutton Group. She is a Director and Chair of Government Relations with a local Real Estate Board and Honorary member of the Canadian and Ontario Real Estate Assoc, Toronto Real Estate Board, Mississauga Estate Board and Member of Real Estate Council of Ontario. She is an Entrepreneur and Renown Public Speaker on Condominiums, Real Estate and several other Issues.  Linda has extensive corporate and relocation knowledge having represented Atomic Energy and Kodak Canada.

Linda has over 17 years experience as the President of 2 Condo Corporations in downtown Toronto's Entertainment District. She has received several Community Service Awards for Volunteerism and is the ex-Chair of the Federation of Youth Organization hosting an Annual Youth Day Toronto for under privilege children, 1st Female General Manager in the Canadian Hockey Association, Junior B Golden Horseshoe and Founder of P3Sports.com to assist & promote opportunities for young aspiring athlete across Ontario, Past Coach, Manager and Gonvenor of Canadian Baseball Association, Canadian Hockey Associations, Mississauga Baseball, Hockey Association and YMCA youth programs.   http://www.lindapinizzotto.com

 

Bob CoffeyBob Coffey, COA Director

Bob is a Management Consultant, Chartered Accountant, Advisor and Coach. Retired Vice Chair and head coach of KPMG. Past Vice President of Geneva Merger & Acquisition Services of Canada (Ont.) Inc. Key advisor to an Ontario Health Care provider, Known professionally as “THE COACH”. Lectured at McGill University and the University of Toronto. Managing Partner for Canada of the Management Consulting Services for Ernst & Whinney, Executive Partner, Thorne, Ernst and Whinney and Vice Chairman of KPMG. Founder of The Canadian Assoc. for Corporate Growth and the founder of the Toronto Chapter of The Turnaround Management Association.

Past Senior Vice-President, Commercial Lending, ABN AMRO Bank Canada and past Chair of the Kiwanis Music Festival Foundation, a past director of the Toronto Kiwanis Foundation, Past President of the Kiwanis Club of Toronto, a member of the Institute of Certified Management Consultants of Ontario, and a life member of the Advisory Board of ACE Canada. DirectorDerrick Thomas, COA IT Director

Derrick is the President CEO of ITMayday, an Internet Technology based Firm servicing Project and Network Managment, IT Forensics, Connectivity, Data Backup and Transfer, Wireless configurations and Website Development. Derrick is the past IT Manager of Forensics and Senior IT Specialist with Deloitte & Touche. And formerly worked with CIBC. Derrick contributes his time for speaking engagements relating to his extensive background and expertise and is also the Vice President and Director of 2 Condominium Board of directors as well as the advisory IT consultant to several Condominiums throughout the GTA area and Mississauga.

Adam Sloboda, Marketing

Adam has worked with Solid Maid Services as Vice-president for 5 years expanding the company's cleaning services and client base throughout Southern Ontario. Solid Maid now proudly serves customers in the Greater Toronto Area and has spread into half a dozen other cities in Southern Ontario.

With his early experience at Ipsos-Camalford Graham, Adam has developed a skill and passion not only for Market Research but Marketing as a whole. His interests also include entrepreneurial endeavours such as Audax Now, a Sports Marketing Firm, where he is currently a partner and where Adam has had a chance to combine his passion for Marketing with his love of sports. Adam has finished a Diploma at George Brown College in Marketing and is also currently finishing his Bachelors of Commerce at Ryerson in Business Management Marketing.

 

John Bianchi - Lawyer - Civil Litigation

John practises in the area of civil litigation, primarily insurance defence and commercial litigation, at the law firm, McCague Borlack LLP. He has experience in a wide variety of civil litigation matters, including contractual disputes, debt collection, and construction litigation. Before joining McCague, he spent two years at a full-service law firm, focusing on business law and commercial litigation. In his last semester of law school, John interned in the Legal and Business Affairs Department at one of Canada’s leading brewers. John was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2009 and called to the Bar of Ontario in 2011.

 

 

John Goldstein, Photographer/Videographer

John is a well-known professional photographer and video producer living in Mississauga, Ontario. He provides expert service to individuals, families, and small-to medium sized businesses. His primary areas of photography/video are: Architecture, Corporate, Events, Food, Industrial, Products, Portraits, Real Estate, and Sports.

John has extensive interest in a field of activities however always finds time and offers his professionalism to COA and the membership.
